Graduation Requirements

In order to participate in the Baccalaureate Mass and Commencement Ceremony, a student must fulfill the school’s academic, disciplinary, and financial requirements. A total of 28 credits is required for graduation. Basic requirements include the following:

  • 4 Hours – Theology
  • 4 Hours – English
  • 4 Hours – Mathematics (must include Algebra I, Geometry and Algebra II)
  • 3 Hours – Science (must include Biology and either Chemistry or Integrated Science)
  • 3 Hours – Social Studies (must include World History, American History, Government, and Economics)
  • 1 Hours – Physical Education (must include Personal Fitness and Health)
  • 1 Hour – Performing / Visual Arts
  • 1 Hour – E-Learning
  • 2 Hours – World Languages (must include 2 consecutive years of the same language; strongly recommend a third year of World Languages for select colleges)
  • 5 Hours – in additional courses

*One course from the above 28 credits must be online.
