We provide our students with a comprehensive, and challenging academic environment, with access to the latest educational resources. Our collective goal at Bishop is to be at the forefront of this technological revolution in the field of education. We have implemented a one to one laptop program in which each student has his or her own Chromebook. Every student has access to productivity tools and learning instruments as well as the latest in computer software, instructional resources and high-speed Internet at any time and from anywhere in the school.

Chromebooks enable students to have digital textbooks and note taking applications, which ensure organizational skills and ease of access to resources. Teachers also use “whiteboard” and are able to display their lessons and engage the students’ interest and active learning.

Our beautiful chapel open and accessible during the school day for students to take time to pray and gather in God’s name. Masses are held on a regular basis after school, as well as prayer services and periodic confessions. The faith that Catholic children practice in their parishes is continued and enhanced at Bishop through worship, retreats, community service learning programs and multiple religious activities. Every year students and chaperones travel to Washington D.C. for the March for Life in January. Our students learn not to be content with the little things, because a real and lived experience of faith, knowledge, hope and charity constantly enlarges their souls.

A few of the clubs and activities are SGA (student government), a variety of honor societies including NHS, honor societies for Art, Spanish, Mathematics, Rho Kappa, Beta Club, Quill and Scroll, International Thespian society, etc., Yearbook, STEM Club, SADD (Students Against Destructive Decisions), Key Club, Teen Court, Student Ambassadors, Peer Ministry, Art Club, Asian culture Appreciation, Pep Band, Navy Nation, and many more. Clubs offer a variety of ways for students to get involved in their Bishop community!
