Q: What can I find at this event and where are they located?
A: Please refer to the map for activity locations.
Q: What is the gold balloon fundraiser and how can I participate?
A: Participants can purchase a balloon ticket each for $100 with only 12 tickets sold. Once all 12 tickets are sold, a balloon will be popped and the person with the ticket in the popped balloon wins the piece of jewelry attached to that balloon. Each jewelry piece is worth at least $300.

Q: What kind of food is being served? Will there be a gluten free option?
A: There will be plenty of appetizers for everyone to enjoy:
Q: How do I participate in the auction?
A: Each auction item has a minimum value attached to it. Between 2:00 and 4:00 PM, participants can write their name, paddle number, and the amount they want to bid on the corresponding bid sheets. If there is already a bid on the sheet, then you should write an increased value on the bid sheet, “outbidding” the participant above your name. At 4:00 PM, the bids will be closed, and the winner’s name will appear next to the basket or item. The winner can pay online with the QR code listed, show their online receipt to the award pick-up team, and gather their items to take home.
Q: How long do I have to bid for Silent Auction items?
A: Silent Auction will be open from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM
Q: What is the Putt Putt Game?
A: It is a 12-hole mini golf course. Use the putter provided to make your way around the putting course but beware there are obstacles in your way that will do everything in their power to deflect you from achieving your “hole in one.”
Q: What can I expect from the Escape Room?
A: You and up to 7 friends have just 30 minutes to escape from a transformed BMCHS Dining Hall, which now looks like a beach house, before the largest hurricane in history hits. To escape, you’ll need to use your team’s wits, along with clues, high-tech devices, and locks. Don’t wait too long, or you’ll be trapped in the hurricane!
Q: How can I participate in the Axe Throwing?
A: Two people can compete at the same time and you can register at the event, on Saturday, for a time slot between 2:00 and 7:00 PM (with a break from 4:00 to 5:00 PM). If you plan to participate in the Axe Throwing, you must wear closed-toed shoes to play.
