2024-2025 Tuition Rates
One Rate – $14,795
(This rate is for the 2024-2025 school year. Rates for the 2025-2026 will not be determined until Spring 2025.)
Please note tuition covers all technology and laptop fees associated with our school issued 1:1 Chromebook program.
Fees – (Note: All fees are non-refundable)

- Application Fee (New Students): $100
- Registration Fee: $650
- Graduation Fee (seniors only): $200
ESE Program Fees
- ESE Learning Strategies – $1,000
- ESE Access – $3,000
Other Estimated Costs
- Textbooks: $300-$600
- Uniforms: $250-$500
International Students

Note: An active FACTS account is required for all families.
- Parent Volunteer Hours Requirement
Each family with a student enrolled at Bishop McLaughlin Catholic High School is required to volunteer ten (10) service hours annually. If parent volunteer hours are not performed or only partially performed, the fee is pro-rated at $30 per unserved hour.
To ensure the safety of our students, all volunteers must complete the three requirements below.
Each volunteer will need:
- A Volunteer Application Form: Click here
- Background/Fingerprinting. Background and Fingerprinting can be scheduled by the volunteer applicant at: https://dosp scheduler.fingerprintlocations.com/landing (BMCHS does not pay for this.)
- CMG Safe Environment Training. CMG training is located at https://stpetersburg.cmgconnect.org/. Please email certificate to marketing@bmchs.com.

Our Partnership with FACTS
At Bishop McLaughlin, we continually work for ways to concentrate our available resources on our primary mission of a quality Catholic education. To help us meet this goal, the Diocese of St. Petersburg uses FACTS Management Company to handle tuition payments for all families. All students must have a tuition contract via FACTS, please visit this LINK to sign up. Please be advised that Food Service Accounts are linked through FACTS. You must have an active FACTS account for your child to access cafeteria service purchases.
BMCHS Payment Options
All payments must be administered through FACTS TUITION MANAGEMENT and may be paid in the following formats.
- Payment in Full – 3% discount will apply [Due in July] NOTE: This only applies to Non-Scholarship Families.
- Monthly (10) billing (subject to late fees)—bank account or credit card (2.85% convenience fee to payer added for credit card)
- Quarterly billing (subject to late fees)—bank account or credit card (2.85% convenience fee to payer added for credit card) [July, September, December and March]
- Semi-Annual billing (subject to late fees)—bank account or credit card (2.85% convenience fee to payer added for credit card) [July and December]
Terms and Conditions:
- Payments will be due beginning in July and will be payable on the 5th or 20th of the month.
- Failure to comply with chosen payment plan will result in default to a monthly plan and the accompanying fees.
