Big week on campus as Phase one of the Athletic Improvement plan comes to a close. We want to invite you to campus on Friday, September 13th. Below is the schedule:

We can see the light at the end of the tunnel with competition of Bishop Athletics Facility Improvements Phase One. Save the date; Big plans coming on September 13th.
Bishop Athletics is off to fast and successful start for the 24-25 season. Exciting and positive changes are the theme of the day. The Bishop Athletics Facility Improvements Phase One should be complete soon. The Inaugural Class of the Bishop Athletic Hall of Fame will be inducted at Homecoming on October 4, 2024.
The Bishop Fall Sports Media Day was a lot of fun with over 140 Students Athletes enjoying picture day. Update on the construction – we hope we can see the end of the tunnel with work completed early September. Exciting times with Bishop Athletics moving in a positive direction. FHSAA Regular season play begins this week – follow Bishop Athletics on Social Media.

Always exciting heading into the first day of school. Bishop Football is coming off a very good learning experience from this past Friday. We kick off the fall sport season with the 2024 Fall Sports Media Day on Wednesday at 2:30 in the gym. We always invite the Bishop community to attend. The rest of the week includes Wednesday at 2:30 Cheer Tryouts for students new to Bishop and a 5:30 Volleyball Parent meeting. Thursday at 5:30 is the Swim/Dive Parent meeting. Volleyball kicks off on Saturday with the Bishop Preseason Classic.
We encourage you to support Bishop athletics by serving at the Athletic events (https://www.signupgenius.com/go/10C0F4EA9AA2FA7FBC25-50274863-bishop#/) and by joining the Bishop Athletic Association. It is a Great day to be a Hurricane!
As Bishop’s Faculty report back to school, Bishop Fall Sports enter its second week of official FHSAA practice. It is always exciting to see the fun and positive improvements you see in Athletics during the first week of practice. This Friday, 7:00 pm, August 9th, Bishop Football and Cheer kick off their season vs. Seffner Christian at Skyway Park (3901 George Road). Notice the change of venue due to our construction of improvements for Bishop Athletics. Be on the lookout soon for Bishop Athletic Association information, Ticket Information, and ways to earn Bishop service hours while supporting Bishop Athletics.
